Shipping Policy

We offer different conditions for shipment i.e. air, land and ship and prices depend upon the mean of transportation. Modes of shipment depend upon the customers wish and should be finalized by the customers.
All the rates quoted (unless otherwise specified) are FOB Shenzhen, China price. However, it does not include any shipping, handling and insurance charges.

• Note: Customers Clearance Charges and any other levies charges relating to consignment has to pay by the customer itself in the customers’ country.

Payment Terms

As per our export regulation, we are not allowed to dispatch any order without receiving the payment for it. We have to submit an Advance Payment Certificate (APC) at custom office at time of shipping. The bank, which issues the APC, only does so after receiving the payment in our favor.
Payment we always accept is telegraphic transfer (T/T). Payment terms can be 100% prepaid, 30% advance for order confirmation and 70% before delivery i.e. goods are ready to ship time.
Let us remind our valued customers that all the bank charges required for money transfers have to pay by the customers.

• Note: Failing to pay the balance payment within 45 days after production renders the Buyer subjects to abandon the deposit.
